What You Can't Do
- Break laws or regulations
- Impersonate others
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harass or threaten users
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Manipulate token prices
- Use bots without permission
- Scrape user data
- Infringe intellectual property
- Post explicit, violent, or hateful content
- Spam users
Your Content
- You own what you upload
- You give us permission to display and distribute it on the platform
- We can remove content that violates these terms
Payments & Crypto
Crypto Disclaimers:
- Tokens are NOT investments or securities
- Tokens have NO guaranteed value
- Crypto is volatile - you can lose everything
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible
- We don't provide investment advice
Refunds:
- Crypto/tokens: no refunds (blockchain is permanent)
- Subscriptions: case-by-case
- You're responsible for taxes
Subscriptions
- Auto-renew unless you cancel
- Cancel anytime in settings
- No partial refunds
Third-Party Services
We use: Google, Microsoft, TikTok, YouTube, Google Maps, Stripe, Square, Solana, Cloudflare, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI
Disclaimers
- Service provided "as is"
- No guarantees of uptime or earnings
- No financial, legal, or tax advice
- Blockchain has risks (loss of funds, network failures)
Liability
- We're not liable for lost profits or data
- Max liability: $100 or what you paid us in 12 months
Disputes
- Governed by Delaware law
- Try to resolve informally first
- No class actions
Termination
- We can terminate accounts for violations
- Blockchain data stays on blockchain (can't be deleted)
